We are no hold liable for any photos that are loaded, delted or modified on our server. The images on our server are the sole property of the users who post and use them. LayoutClone.com will not be held liable for damages to and or from this website, its content or any part in that matter. No stealing profiles or layouts and selling them you will need to get the profiles perfmission first, this tool should only be used for if you are going to test your myspace layout and see what it looks like, at anytime you will not use this to steal any information for a site, you can only use this for 3 days after you cloned a layout, then you must contact the profile user and ask them if you can use there images.
